Requirements 

 To ensure The success in our fast-paced and physically demanding roles, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  •  Attendance & Punctuality: A strong commitment to reliability.

  •  Transportation: A dependable way to get to work daily.

  •  Attention to Detail: Pride in your work and attention to quality.

  •  Team Player: Ready to collaborate and support your crew.

  •  Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50 pounds, work on roofs and at high elevations, and be comfortable with heights.

  •  Full-Time Availability: Available 6 days a week, willing to work 50+ hours, and up to 90 hours during peak times from September to February.

Come work with us

Position

  •  Installer – Must be able to work on roofs and ladders up to 24 ft. If you cannot safely work in these conditions, please select another role.

  • ☐ Production Crew  – Assists with displays, decorations, wiring, and setup that does not require working on roofs or tall ladders.

  • ☐ Other Opportunities – Customer service, warehouse, logistics, or other support roles.


INSTALLER TRAINING

🚨 MANDATORY TRAINING

You must attend training on the following training sessions:


WEDNESDAYS 23rd

(2 training sessions)

10am -3pm or 3pm -8pm )

📍 Training will take place at

6500 NE Biscayne Blvd

NOTE: Work shifts are not guaranteed - Must attend training and pass by 80% or greater.

📅 WORK SHIFTS

Th 26th-30th 3pm - 11pm


Additional Shifts TBD


October, November & December

• Day Shift: 8 AM – 6:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 4pm - 12am
